You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and shipping label. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

The following items cannot be returned: final sale items, personalized products, and hygiene-related items.
