Refund policy
Due to the hygenic nature of Body Piercing, we are unable to accept any returns and we do not engage in refunds or exchanges.
If you have received a defective jewelry piece upon its arrival, or should it become defective within the first two months of wear, we will replace the product for a brand-new piece, of the exact same item. Please see above “Return Policy”. If you do not have a copy of your receipt at this time, we may not be able to process this for you. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a new piece. If you are entitled to a return, we will ship your new product to the original given address. Sale items are non-returnable/exchangeable and are final sale.
