No Exchanges: Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of body jewelry for any reason including having purchased the incorrect size, unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photos of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to: Luar Body Piercing 1665 Ethel Street Kelowna, BC, Canada V1Y 6J3 Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product with a new piece of the same item. 2. Refunds Not Permitted: We do not engage in refunds. If you have a defective jewelry piece upon its arrival or should it become defective within the first two months of wear, we will replace the product for a brand-new piece, of the exact same item. Please see above “Return Policy”. If you do not have a copy of your receipt at this time, we may not be able to process this for you. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a new piece. If you are entitled to a return, we will ship your new product to the original given address. Sale items are non-returnable/exchangeable and are final sale. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
